They give you a free teeth whitening treatment so you'll give it a 5-star rating. If you're upset with your treatment, they leave you waiting until the other customers leave. They don't even ask you to leave a review, but I'm not alone. This doctor barely sees you because he's not the one working with you. If your joints get damaged or something goes wrong, they just act stupid. Don't go. Find another place. **** UPDATE one year after my original review. I consulted several orthodontists, and all of them told me that removing four teeth was unnecessary. One of them corrected the angle of my teeth, which had been tilted inward after treatment with Taylor. This caused my face to look older, my tongue no longer had enough room, and I started snoring as a result. These issues were improved with a new orthodontic treatment that I had to pay for separately. The effects on my facial appearance have improved, but not 100%, because no one can give me my teeth back. My jaw joint is still affected, and they are continuing to work on helping me with that. What was supposed to be a two-year treatment turned into four years with Taylor, followed by another two years with a different orthodontist
